Peanut Butter S'mores
- Jif® Squeeze Creamy Peanut Butter or your favorite Jif® Peanut Butter
- 8 graham cracker squares
- 1 milk chocolate candy bar broken into 4 pieces
- 4 large marshmallows
- Step 1
GRILL or MICROWAVE may be used for this recipe. GRILL: HEAT grill to medium heat. BOTH: SQUEEZE about 1 tablespoon peanut butter onto each of 4 graham cracker squares.
- Step 2
MICROWAVE: TOP each peanut butter graham cracker with a square of chocolate and one marshmallow. GRILL: SET ASIDE these 4 peanut butter graham crackers.
- Step 3
MICROWAVE: MICROWAVE on HIGH for 5 to 10 seconds or until the marshmallow puffs. Top each with another graham cracker square. Serve immediately. GRILL: PLACE the 4 remaining graham cracker squares on small sheets of foil. Top each graham cracker with a piece of milk chocolate. Place them around the outside edge of the grill grate, warming the chocolate.
- Step 4
GRILL: SKEWER each marshmallow onto a metal skewer or long fork. Hold over the heat, about 1 inch above the grill grate. TOAST them, turning frequently, until marshmallows puff and turn golden brown...about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Step 5
GRILL: REMOVE marshmallows from skewers. Place one marshmallow on top of each piece of chocolate. Remove from grill. Top each with a peanut butter coated graham cracker, peanut butter side down. Press together to spread peanut butter, marshmallow and chocolate. Serve warm.
