Peanut Butter-Banana Nice Cream
- 1 large banana
- 2/3 cup water or almond milk
- 1/2 cup Jif® No Added Sugar Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- Step 1
COMBINE banana, milk, peanut butter spread, honey and ginger in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
- Step 2
DIVIDE evenly into 5 (5 oz.) waxed-coated paper cups or plastic cups or other freezer-safe containers. Cover with foil.
- Step 3
FREEZE 6 hours or until firm.
