Grilled PB&J Sandwich
- Step 1
HEAT small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Step 2
For added variety, add crisp cooked bacon, sliced banana or sliced strawberries to the PB&J sandwich.
- Step 3
SPREAD butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Step 4
SPREAD peanut butter on unbuttered side of 1 slice; spread jam on unbuttered side of other slice. Join bread slices together to make a sandwich.
- Step 5
PLACE in skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
