Tropical Peanut Butter Snacks
1/3 cup Jif® No Added Sugar Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
4 round rice cakes
1/4 cup chopped dried tropical fruit
1 small banana, sliced
2/3 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons sweetened coconut flakes, toasted
- SPREAD peanut butter evenly on top of rice cakes.
- TOP evenly with dried fruit, banana and pineapple.
- SPRINKLE with coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
