Ingredients

    1/3 cup Jif® No Added Sugar Creamy Peanut Butter Spread

    4 round rice cakes

    1/4 cup chopped dried tropical fruit

    1 small banana, sliced

    2/3 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks

    2 tablespoons sweetened coconut flakes, toasted

Directions

  1. SPREAD peanut butter evenly on top of rice cakes.
  2. TOP evenly with dried fruit, banana and pineapple.
  3. SPRINKLE with coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
