Peanut Butter-Banana Nice Cream
1 large banana
2/3 cup water or almond milk
1/2 cup Jif® No Added Sugar Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- COMBINE banana, milk, peanut butter spread, honey and ginger in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
- DIVIDE evenly into 5 (5 oz.) waxed-coated paper cups or plastic cups or other freezer-safe containers. Cover with foil.
- FREEZE 6 hours or until firm.
