PB&J Apple Nachos
2 oz. tortilla chips (about 26)
1 cup chopped unpeeled red apple
1/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tablespoons Smucker's® Caramel Flavored Topping
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Smucker's® Seedless Red Raspberry Jam
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped cocktail peanuts
- PLACE tortilla chips on serving plate. Top with apples.
- STIR peanut butter, caramel topping and water in small bowl until smooth. Drizzle evenly over nachos. Top with small spoonfuls of jam. Sprinkle with cheese and peanuts.
