Nutty Bacon Apple Wraps
1/4 cup Jif® Whips® Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter
2 whole wheat oval flatbread sandwich wraps
1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups firmly packed spring mix salad greens
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced unpeeled red crisp apple, such as Gala or Fuji
8 slices warm cooked peppered bacon
- SPREAD a thin layer of peanut butter over top surface of each sandwich wrap.
- WHISK oil, vinegar and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add salad mix and green onion; toss to coat. Divide evenly over peanut butter layer. Top with apple slices and cooked bacon.
- ROLL up or fold to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
