Nutty Bacon Apple Wraps

    1/4 cup Jif® Whips® Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter

    2 whole wheat oval flatbread sandwich wraps

    1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil

    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

    2 teaspoons sugar

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1 1/2 cups firmly packed spring mix salad greens

    1 green onion, thinly sliced

    1 cup sliced unpeeled red crisp apple, such as Gala or Fuji

    8 slices warm cooked peppered bacon


  1. SPREAD a thin layer of peanut butter over top surface of each sandwich wrap.
  2. WHISK oil, vinegar and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add salad mix and green onion; toss to coat. Divide evenly over peanut butter layer. Top with apple slices and cooked bacon.
  3. ROLL up or fold to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
