Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter & Honey
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled red apple
  • 2 tbsps. chopped salted peanuts

Directions

  • Step 1

    COMBINE mayonnaise and peanut butter in large bowl, stirring until blended. Stir in carrots and raisins to coat. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

  • Step 2

    STIR in apple. Sprinkle with peanuts.
