Ingredients
- 2 tsps. butter, softened
- 2 slices bread
- 1 to 2 tbsps. Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- OR
- 1 to 2 tbsps. Smucker's® Seedless Strawberry Jam
Directions
- Step 1
HEAT small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Step 2
SPREAD butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Step 3
SPREAD peanut butter on unbuttered side of 1 slice; spread jam on unbuttered side of other slice. Join bread slices together to make a sandwich.
- Step 4
PLACE in skillet. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Step 5
For added variety, add crisp cooked bacon, sliced banana or sliced strawberries to the PB&J sandwich.
