Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar divided
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 cups whole milk

HEAT oven to 325°F. Beat peanut butter and 1/2 cup sugar in medium bowl with electric mixer on low until creamy. Mix in egg yolks, one at a time, until thoroughly combined. Add milk. Beat until smooth.

POUR mixture into 8 oven-proof ramekins. Place ramekins in baking pan or casserole dish. Add 1/2 inch water to pan. Bake 40 to 45 mintues or until custard is set when shaken. Remove from oven. Chill 2 hours.

HEAT broiler. Sprinkle remaining sugar over tops of each custard. Place ramekins on top rack of broiler. Broil 4 to 6 minutes or until sugar bubbles and caramelizes. Serve warm or chilled.
