Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsps. heavy cream
  • 1 (1.9 oz.) pkg. mini fillo shells
  • 2 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Jif® Whips® Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsps. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped peanuts or chocolate decorator sprinkles

Directions

  • Step 1

    MICROWAVE 2 tablespoons heavy cream in 1-cup glass measuring cup until just boiling, about 30 seconds. Add chopped chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour evenly into mini fillo shells. Cool completely.

  • Step 2

    BEAT remaining 1/4 cup heavy cream in small deep bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

  • Step 3

    BEAT cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, honey and vanilla in separate medium bowl with same beaters until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until smooth.

  • Step 4

    PIPE peanut butter mousse into fillo shells using a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip. Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired. Serve chilled. Best served same day.
