Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsps. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2

    BEAT sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla until smooth.

  • Step 3

    STIR flour, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl until blended. Stir in oats and coconut. Add to peanut butter mixture. Beat on low speed until well blended. Cover and chill 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    DROP dough by heaping tablespoonful, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
