Cashew Granola

    Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

    1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Cashew Butter

    1 cup honey

    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    4 cups quick rolled oats

    1 cup raisins

    1 cup cashews


  1. HEAT oven to 300ºF. Coat 15 x 10-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. MICROWAVE cashew butter, honey and cinnamon in large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla. Add oats, raisins and cashews. Stir to coat. Spread on prepared baking pan.
  3. BAKE 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. TURN OFF OVEN. Let dry 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven to cool completely. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
