Butterscotch-Peanut Butter No-Bakes

Ingredients

    1 (11 oz.) package butterscotch flavored baking chips

    1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter

    1/4 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening

    6 cups corn flakes cereal

    2/3 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

    1/4 cup finely chopped cocktail peanuts

Directions

  1. MICROWAVE butterscotch chips, peanut butter and shortening in large microwave-safe bowl 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at addiitonal 15-second intervals until completely melted and smooth when stirred.
  2. STIR in corn flakes until evenly coated. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. DROP by heaping tablespoonful onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Sprinkle with peanuts. Chill until firm.
