Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Jif® No Added Sugar Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
  • 4 round rice cakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried tropical fruit
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 2/3 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsps. sweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  • Step 1

    SPREAD peanut butter evenly on top of rice cakes.

  • Step 2

    TOP evenly with dried fruit, banana and pineapple.

  • Step 3

    SPRINKLE with coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
