Tropical Peanut Butter Snacks
- 1/3 cup Jif® No Added Sugar Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
- 4 round rice cakes
- 1/4 cup chopped dried tropical fruit
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 2/3 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons Sweetened coconut flakes toasted
- Step 1
SPREAD peanut butter evenly on top of rice cakes.
- Step 2
TOP evenly with dried fruit, banana and pineapple.
- Step 3
SPRINKLE with coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
