Peanut Butter S'more Marshmallow Pops
- 1/2 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Jif® Squeeze Creamy Peanut Butter
- 24 large marshmallows
- 2 cups milk chocolate melting wafers or chips
- 24 lollipop sticks
- Step 1
LINE a large baking pan with parchment paper. Place graham cracker crumbs in small bowl.
- Step 2
MELT chocolate wafers by placing them in a medium, microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then carefully stir. Microwave for an additional thirty seconds and stir again, helping the chocolate to melt together until smooth.
- Step 3
SQUEEZE peanut butter on the bottom of a marshmallow, turning to coat bottom third of it. Dip coated area into melted chocolate, and then graham cracker crumbs, rotating the marshmallow for good coverage. Place on prepared pan, coated side down to rest. Repeat process with remaining marshmallows.
- Step 4
DRIZZLE remaining chocolate over tops of resting marshmallows using a spoon or piping bag. Insert lollipop sticks into marshmallows. Allow to cool until chocolate hardens.
