Peanut Butter S'more Marshmallow Pops
- 1/3 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup Jif® Whips® Whipped Peanut Butter & Chocolate Flavored Spread
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
- 24 lollipop sticks
- Step 1
LINE 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with wax paper. Place graham cracker crumbs in small bowl.
- Step 2
PLACE peanut butter spread in small bowl. Dip one end of each marshmallow into spread, one at a time, turning to coat bottom third of marshmallow. Dip coated area into graham cracker crumbs. Place on prepared pan, coated side down.
- Step 3
COMBINE chocolate chips and shortening in 1-quart heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Microwave on HIGH 30 to 40 seconds. Knead until chocolate is melted and smooth. Cut very small corner off bag. Drizzle over marshmallows. Insert lollipop sticks into marshmallows. Freeze 10 minutes.
