Salty Chocolate Peanut Butter Snackwiches

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 48 round snack crackers
  • 1/4 cup English toffee bits
  • 1 1/4 cups Jif® Whips® Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter


  • Step 1

    LINE baking sheet with wax paper. Microwave chocolate in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth.

  • Step 2

    DIP each cracker halfway into chocolate. Sprinkle immediately with toffee bits, if desired. Place on prepared baking sheet. Chill 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    SPREAD 2 teaspoons peanut butter on inside of each cracker. Press 2 crackers together. Repeat with remaining crackers to make 24 snackwiches. Freeze 1 hour.
