- 1/2 cup Jif® Whips® Whipped Peanut Butter & Chocolate Flavored Spread
- 8 vanilla pizzelle Italian-style cookies
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Directions

SPREAD 1 tablespoon chocolate spread on each pizzelle. Spoon 1/4 cup ice cream onto each of 4 pizzelles, using small spoonfuls. Top with remaining pizelles to make a sandwich, pressing carefully until ice cream is even around the edges.
