Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Tartlets

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsps. butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups Jif® Whips® Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips


  • Step 1

    MICROWAVE marshmallows and butter in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir in graham crackers until completely coated. Press firmly into 24 mini muffin cups.

  • Step 2

    CHILL 5 minutes. Gently remove from pan.

  • Step 3

    PLACE peanut butter into resealable plastic bag. Cut small corner off bag. Pipe about 1 tablespoon onto each crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
