  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Cashew Butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 cups quick rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup cashews


  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 300ºF. Coat 15 x 10-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    MICROWAVE cashew butter, honey and cinnamon in large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla. Add oats, raisins and cashews. Stir to coat. Spread on prepared baking pan.

  • Step 3

    BAKE 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. TURN OFF OVEN. Let dry 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven to cool completely. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
