Spiced Peanut Butter Cookies

    1 package Pillsbury™ Cinnamon Bun Flavored Cookie Mix

    3/4 cup Jif® Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter

    1/2 cup butter, softened

    2 large eggs

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    2 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar

    1 container Pillsbury™ Creamy Supreme® Cinnamon Bun Flavored Frosting


  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Beat cookie mix, peanut butter, butter, eggs and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until dough is formed.
  2. ROLL dough into 60 (1-inch) balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar to coat, if desired. Place on baking sheets, 2 inches apart. Dip bottom of glass in flour and use to flatten dough balls to 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. BAKE 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are set and cookies are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 3 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Spread frosting on tops of cookies before serving.
