Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookie

    Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

    3/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter

    1/2 cup butter, softened

    1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar

    1 tablespoon vanilla extract

    1 egg

    1 3/4 cups Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour

    3/4 teaspoon baking soda

    3/4 teaspoon salt


  1. HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. BEAT peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until blended. Beat in egg.
  3. STIR flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl until blended. Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating until smooth. Roll into 36 balls. Place 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly in a crisscross pattern using tines of fork.
  4. BAKE 7 to 8 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
