    1 cup chocolate frozen yogurt

    1/2 cup soy milk or low fat milk

    1/4 cup chocolate whey protein powder

    2 tablespoons Jif® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread

Directions

  1. COMBINE frozen yogurt, soy milk, protein powder and peanut butter in blender container.
  2. COVER and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
