Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Cashew Butter
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups quick rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup cashews
- HEAT oven to 300ºF. Coat 15 x 10-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- MICROWAVE cashew butter, honey and cinnamon in large microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla. Add oats, raisins and cashews. Stir to coat. Spread on prepared baking pan.
- BAKE 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. TURN OFF OVEN. Let dry 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven to cool completely. Store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
