Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Jif Peanut Butter

• 6 slices bacon, crisp, cooked and crumbled

• 1/3 cup finely chopped celery

• 8 small buns, split and toasted

• Butter or margarine, softened

• Lettuce leaves

• Tomato slices

Directions
• In a small bowl, combine Jif, crumbled bacon and celery.

• Spread bun halves with butter or margarine.

• Place lettuce leaves on each bun bottom; spread with the peanut butter mixture.

• Top with tomato slices and the remaining bun halves.

• Makes 8 sandwiches.
