 | • | Preheat oven to 375ºF.

| • | Prepare dough for Peanut Butter Kisses as directed.

| • | Shape the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll in additional granulated sugar.

| • | Place balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
| |
| • | Bake in 375ºF oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
| |
| • | Remove from oven.
| |
| • | Using your finger make a depression in the center of each warm cookie.
| |
| • | Fill each depression with your favorite jelly or jam.
| |
| • | Makes 6 to 7 dozen cookies
