Ingredients
 | | 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
|  |  | | 1/2 cup sugar
|  |  | | 2 teaspoons baking powder
|  |  | | 1 teaspoon salt
|  |  | | 3/4 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
|  |  | | 1 beaten egg
|  |  | | 1 cup milk
|  |

Directions
 | | Preheat oven to 350ºF.
|  |  | | In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
|  |  | | Cut in Jif with a fork.
|  |  | | Add egg and milk, stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
|  |  | | Pour into a 9 x 3 x 5-inch loaf pan.
|  |  | | Bake in oven at 350ºF for about an hour or until wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean
