Shannon, 7, of Manalapan, New Jersey was the winner of the Fourth Annual "Jif® Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest™." Shannon's love for accessories inspired her to create the Peanutty Pretty Purse Pita that included Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, a whole wheat pita pocket, strawberry-banana squeezable yogurt, a fresh banana and fresh strawberries. Shannon loves to cook as well as bake cakes. In addition to cooking, Shannon also enjoys arts and crafts, dancing, and helping her mother set the dinner table. Shannon wants to be a waitress or a hair stylist when she grows up.

Peanutty Wrapple Roll with Maple Dipping Sauce

2004 Winner
Jessica, a 12-year-old from New Jersey, wowed the judges with her impressive "Peanutty Wrapple Rolls with Maple Dipping Sauce," taking top honors in the second annual "Jif's Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest for Kids."

Her winning entry combined Jif peanut butter, rice crisp cereal and apple filling with a sprinkle of brown sugar, all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Jessica added a gourmet flair by pairing the sandwich with an original maple-cinnamon dipping sauce.

2003 Winner
Stephanie, a 12-year-old from Minnesota who loves to cook, was the winner of the first-ever "Jif's Most Creative Peanut Butter Sandwich Contest for Kids." Her extraordinary "Tropical Fantasy" entry combined toasted cinnamon bread with Jif peanut butter, banana slices, mandarin orange slices and pinapple chunks.

Stephanie added a touch of personal gourmet flair by grating fresh ginger over the fruit, and decorating the top of her sandwich with pomegranate seeds.
