Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins


Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Smucker's® Seedless Strawberry Jam
or Smucker's® Strawberry Preserves
- 2 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour, sifted
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt

Directions:
1. HEAT oven to 400° F. Stir together flour and baking powder in medium bowl.

2. PLACE milk, eggs, sugar, peanut butter and salt in a blender or food processor, blending to combine. Pour over dry ingredients. Stir just to moisten.

3. LINE a muffin pan with paper muffin cups. Fill the lined cups 1/3 full. Place about 1 teaspoon of jam or preserves in the center of each muffin. Fill muffin cups with additional batter until 2/3 full.

4. BAKE 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan, about 5 minutes.
