Easy Peanut Pasta Twists
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 lb uncooked gemelli pasta
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

Directions:
1. COMBINE peanut butter, water, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder and vinegar in a mixing bowl with a whisk, until smooth and well blended.

2. COOK pasta according to the package directions. Drain well.

3. TOSS hot pasta twists with sauce, until evenly coated. Garnish with red bell pepper.
