Fudge was a hit This recipe is simple, quick, and tastes good. I took it to a Christmas gathering and it was a big hit. I used honey roasted peanuts since that was what I had on hand. Thanks for the recipe! 12/30/2011
There's an even easier way - Try a canister of your favorite cake frosting, I used butter creme and a small jar of Jif chucky peanut butter. Microwave in a glass dish, stir, pour into wax paper lined dish, place in fridge until set. Also great with chocolate frosting, with Jif & chocolate chips &/or mini marshmellows! 10/11/2011
