2007 Winner: Peanut Butter Rolls "Sushi Style"

Alexandra, from Ft. Wayne, IN, was inspired by her love of sushi to create Peanut Butter Rolls "Sushi Style". Her sandwich consisted of Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, strawberry cream cheese and fruit rolled in a crépe, cut and served "sushi style". With added creativity, Alexandra substituted pretzel rods for chopsticks and replaced soy sauce with chocolate yogurt.

Stephanie, from Minnesota, loves to cook, and her extraordinary Tropical Fantasy Sandwich entry combined toasted cinnamon bread with Jif Peanut Butter, banana slices, mandarin orange slices and pineapple chunks.
